    Cancel or unsubscribe

    You can stop paying or stop emails at any time, yourself, in about a minute. You don't need to call or explain why.

    Cancel Floodi Pro

    1. Sign in to Floodi with the account you used to start Pro.
    2. Tap Manage or cancel Floodi Pro below. It's also on your Profile and the Alerts page. This opens Stripe's secure billing page.
    3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

    What happens next: if you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged. Otherwise Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for (the current month, or the current year on the yearly plan), and you won't be charged again.

    Other ways to cancel

    • Floodi payments are processed by Stripe through Link, the seller of record. Your card statement shows a charge starting with LINK.COM*. You can sign in at link.com with the email you paid with to see or cancel the subscription.
    • Or email hello@floodi.app from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.

    Stop alert emails

    Alert emails (including the free NWS flood warnings) and digests don't need an account to stop.

    • Every Floodi alert email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and confirm.
    • Gmail, Apple Mail and other mail apps also show their own Unsubscribe button at the top of our emails. That works too, in one click.
    • Signed in? Turn off Email alerts on your Profile.
    • No email from us to hand? Write to hello@floodi.app with the address and we'll remove it.

    Unsubscribing stops all Floodi alert and digest emails to that address. It does not cancel a paid Floodi Pro subscription. Cancel that above.

    Cancel an HOA or organization plan

    1. Sign in as the organization's owner or an admin.
    2. Go to Organization settings → Plan & billing → Manage or cancel plan.
    3. On Stripe's billing page, choose Cancel subscription.

    The plan stays on until the end of the current billing period and isn't charged again. A free pilot doesn't need cancelling: no card is taken during a pilot and nothing renews on its own. You can also email hello@floodi.app.

    Delete your account and data

    Use the privacy request form to get a copy of your data or have it deleted.

    Deleting your account doesn't stop a paid subscription by itself. Cancel Floodi Pro first so you aren't charged again.
